AGB Hausno19 GbR Bookings and cancellations:
a. A booking is only binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing.
b. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees.
After that we charge 100% of the booking value.
Arrival and departure: a. Arrival is possible from 3 pm.
b. Departure must take place by 11 am.
Liability: a. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property or for physical injury during your stay in our house.
b. Use of our facilities and amenities is at your own risk.
Other: a. Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
b. Smoking is not permitted in our accommodation or in the public areas of the house.
c. The use of our facilities and amenities is only permitted for our guests.
