Welcome to our cosy and fully equipped flat 1!
This flat offers you a separate entrance, which immediately leads you into a spacious hallway with a large wardrobe. The dining area offers space for up to 4 people and is equipped with comfortable chairs and a cosy sitting area. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including crockery, cutlery, pans and pots. In addition, salt, pepper and sugar are already provided in the smaller standard. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, Senseo pad machine, kettle and toaster. After the dining area, you enter the cosy living area with a large sofa/sleeper and a flat-screen TV. Here you can relax after a long day and enjoy your favourite series. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with side tables, so you can easily store your belongings. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower so you can start the day refreshed or relax after an eventful day. We are sure you will feel right at home in our flat 1!

The price for accommodation is 55€ per night.
Each additional person costs an additional 25€ per night, with a maximum of 4 people.

Flat 1 in our house offers space for up to 4 people and is ideal for small families or groups of friends. The flat is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Wi-Fi and parking are available to our guests free of charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed. We kindly ask our guests to respect the night's rest from 10 pm to 7 am and to leave the flat clean and tidy.
In the neighbourhood of Hausno19 in Schmieheim there are many possibilities for leisure activities. For example, you can spend a day full of adventure in the nearby Europapark. If you prefer to be out in nature, the surrounding area offers many hiking trails and excursion destinations. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will also find a selection of cosy restaurants serving local specialities and international cuisine. Barbecue facilities are available for cosy evenings, so you can also relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Our Hausno19 flats in Schmichheim are easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train station, Kappel-Graffenhausen, is only 3 km away and offers connections to Offenburg, Freiburg im Breisgau and Karlsruhe. From here you can reach the Europark and other nearby attractions. There are also buses that pass through the village and take you to the surrounding areas. If you come by car, you can use our parking spaces.
