Flat 6: The basement flat 6 is an oasis of peace and cosiness!
The separate entrance in the courtyard leads to the basement area where the flat is located. Upon entering the flat, you find yourself directly in the spacious sleeping area, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers enough storage space for clothes. A large flat-screen TV is aligned with the bed and invites you to watch TV in comfort. A small wardrobe is located right next to the TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay: A microwave, Senseo pad machine, toaster and of course pots, cutlery and crockery. Here you can cook wonderfully and cater for yourself. The highlight of the flat is the large, newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Here you can start the day perfectly or end it in a relaxed way. The flat is in a very quiet location and offers a very good WiFi connection. Everything in the flat is freshly renovated and new, so you immediately feel at home here.

The location of our house is thus ideal for a relaxing and varied holiday, where you can enjoy both nature and the culinary offerings of the region. And of course, the Europapark Rust, one of the largest amusement parks in Germany, should not go unmentioned, which is only a short drive away.
In the neighbourhood of Hausno19 in Schmieheim there are many possibilities for leisure activities. For example, you can spend a day full of adventure in the nearby Europapark. If you prefer to be out in nature, the surrounding area offers many hiking trails and excursion destinations. The nearest train station, Kappel-Grafenhausen, is only 3 km away and offers connections to Offenburg, Freiburg im Breisgau and Karlsruhe. From there you can also get to the Europapark and other nearby attractions. There are also buses that pass through the village and take you to the surrounding area. If you arrive by car, you can use our parking spaces.
